We are urgently seeking a qualified Project Manager for our prominent petrochemical and oil & gas industry client in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing project management operations and ensuring adherence to safety standards at our dynamic worksites.

Reports to: Managing Director

Department: Operation Management

Key Accountabilities: Project Management Administration. Budget Preparation for the Projects Department. Preparation and Presentation of Executive Management Reports. Frequent Visits to Clients to Resolve Requirements. Finalizing Pending Dues and Ensuring Invoice Payments. Leading Market Search for New Clients and Opportunities. Evaluating Scope of Work Provided by Clients. Preparation of Bid Tenders. Attending Job Ex Meetings / Kickoff Meetings. Managing Project Requirements from Equipment to Human Resources. Leading Project Planning, Scheduling, Executing, and Completion. Monthly Focus Meetings with Employees to Address Needs and Challenges. Efficient Resource Utilization Planning and Action. Ensuring Active Participation of Area Supervisors and Admin Coordinators.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Master’s Degree in Management (CP or Electrical Engineering background is an advantage). Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar position in the Oil and Gas field. Salary: Basic: 7500 SAR + Food Allowance: 500 SAR. Working Hours: 10 hours/day

Terms of Employment: Computer skills and fluent English proficiency are required. Possession of a valid driving license is also necessary.
