As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, personal branding efforts, social media presence, and public relations initiatives. This role will be mainly focused on building the CEO’s personal brand.

Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals; Strategise and develop marketing campaigns to bring new business opportunities to us; Manage and give direction to our outsourced marketing team; Create, manage, and build all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies across various platforms; Create, manage, and build personal branding initiatives for the CEO, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand image; Lead public relations efforts to enhance ISOA's visibility and reputation through media outreach, press releases, and event coordination; Utilise expertise in personal branding to create compelling films and edit content for various marketing channels; Capture high-quality photography to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials; Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

Requirements: Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on personal branding, social media marketing, and public relations with the potential to expand your knowledge through further learning; Demonstrated expertise in personal branding, including the ability to create and edit films for content; Strong photography skills with the ability to capture engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners; Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results; Proficiency in relevant software and tools for content creation and social media management; Bachelor and/or Diploma in marketing.
