Maintain work records and logs. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Perform data entry. Perform basic bookkeeping. Organize and schedule office work. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying). Follow directions and read map. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. MS Office. Spreadsheet. MS Excel.
