Must have 3 years experience managing the desk and taking bookings in a busy spa environment. Good knowledge of Spa services and treatments and products to explain to clients. Excellent written and verbal English is essential. Storn computer skills for Excel, Emails, Using spa booking software.

A bubbly and pleasant warm personality is essential. You must be sales driven and able to maximise the sales for the spa. Very organised and able to work under pressure. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to handle customer complaints if required in a professional and calm manner. Ability to organise the day for the therapists making clear notes on all bookings to give 5 star service.

Attention to detail is essential. Ability to make clients feel important and valued.
