Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Team Leading experience in selling financial products.

Ability to manage a team of 10-15 members with high motivation and vision.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Develop and implement sales strategies

Provide timely and accurate reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends to the Sales Manager/Director.

Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics.

Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team and monitor progress towards goals.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.
