Job Scope: We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated, self-driven individual to join our team. To be successful in this role you need to be very meticulous and have a very strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements: Switchboard relief. Assist with creditors (Matching & batching). Data capturing. Book training and medicals. Liaise with Project team to ensure OHS files are supplied. Assist sales team when required with filing of documents. Assist with procurement when required. Assist with any admin ad hoc duties as required. On time reporting and completion of daily administration objectives.

Requirements: Matric, Energetic. Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar environment. Mathematical Skills. Computer Literate. Bilingual (English & Afrikaans). Excellent People Skills. Must be able to work without supervision.

Team Player, Must be living in Malmesbury. Excellent Communication Skills. Valid Driver’s License.

Skills & Attributes: Strong personality with excellent communication skills. Must have strong admin skills. Strong organizational skills. Meticulous, Ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail is of paramount importance. Remuneration, To be discussed in interview.
