We are currently seeking a compassionate and licensed Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Support Groups. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Offer empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients in a safe and confidential environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes in accordance with company protocols and legal requirements. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of mental health and incorporate new therapeutic approaches into practice.

Requirements: South African Citizen. Degree in Therapy. Valid state licensure as a Therapist, Psychological Counselor. Proven 1 years experience in providing counseling services to individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' concerns. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
