The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to the following: Core role, The overall function will encompass the following: preparation and managing of the company's financials, preparation of monthly management accounts, Cashflow management, P&L statements. Management of statutory payments and compliance related matters including but not limited to tax compliance financial reporting, regulatory filings, exchange control regulations customs and trade compliance Documentation and record-keeping.

The Finance Manager will assume responsibility for supervising a team within the finance department, which includes the: Debtors department. Creditors department. Financial Administrator. This oversight extends to both the team based at the head office and the various cost centers throughout the business. Cash Flow Management. Maintain and manage the daily and forecasted cash flow planning, reporting daily or as necessary when requested.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and liquidity of the company, making strategic decisions related to cash flow, and implementing processes to optimize cash management. Cash flow management will encompass managing the daily payments through the multiple online banking platforms.AFS and Audits

You will be responsible for overseeing the relationship with external auditors and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the annual financial statements.

Costing Model: Maintain the master costing model for the company and update standard costs on a quarterly basis. Debtors Management/ Oversee the debtors controller and coordinate weekly debtors meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely circulation to relevant managers. Procurement Oversight Manage, approve, and report on the company's procurement processes in accordance with established procedures.

Asset Management: Ensure that the company's asset register is continuously updated, appropriately numbered, and available for audit purposes. Inventory Cost Management and analysis. Continuously review and improve stock and cost management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in stock control and cost management.

Dashboard Reporting: Manage the BI reporting and financial dashboard for reporting to the CEO. Analyze financial and operational data including sales, customer performance tracking, inventory management, to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and other relevant data.

Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
