Insuring a good return on investment for the Portfolio. Maintaining good relationships with Tenants. Installations, inspections and general building administration. Must have relevant Property related Tertiary qualification. 3/5 years Senior Management experience in the Real Estate industry. Proven experience in leading and managing a team. Clear track record. Experience with Commercial and Residential property. Drivers license and own vehicle essential.

Commercial, Budgeting and Financial management acumen. Customer service. Computer literate. Indepth knowledge of leasing and contracts. Problem solving and decision making.

Salary: R30 000-R35 000pm based on experience
