Sales and Marketing management: looking for a professional middle aged lady with experience in direct sales. Will work on a daily basis with the qualified child play movement program developer who will personally assist with marketing development and demos. The objective is to marketing the programs to various schools in the Western Cape and report on a regular basis to the office in Sedge field. Applicant must live in close proximately to Sedgefield in order to report on a regular basis. Must have strong leadership abilities be bilingual and be able to communicate at all levels. Applicant must be confident and goal orientated. Must be able to talk to people at all levels, be determined, motivated, and persistent.

One has to be reasonably fit, healthy and above all extremely reliable. The company will carry the costs of marketing, marketing material and initial traveling costs to and from schools. You will be required to build a fixed income determined entirely on your success rate. Earnings are built up by placing and managing the qualified play movement instructor allocated at the schools, and ensuring that everything runs according to the high standards set. Successful marketing should grow ones income at an average of R12000 a month to be maintained at a fixed income of approximately +/- R36000. It is a prerequisite that all applicants have reliable transport and a valid licence at the start.
