Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices and purchase orders. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Handle payroll administration and ensure timely payment to employees. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses. Assist with financial data entry and bookkeeping tasks. Collaborate with the finance team on month-end and year-end closing procedures. Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of UAE accounting regulations is a plus.
