Position: Junior Sales Agent - Bridging Finance Do you have a desire to get into a sales role and meet lots of people and grow your knowledge and experience? WeBond (webond.co.za) requires a hardworking and dedicated go-getter salesperson in Gauteng to service and source clients for our bond origination and property bridging offering.  Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Good financial acumen and ability to take work independently will be essential for this role.

Requirements: Matric plus some kid of sales experience. Computer literate, MS Office and Excel. Valid driver’s license. Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Commitment to high levels of customer service and consistent positive action with existing clients to create customer loyalty and longevity in the client base. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and a positive outlook. Good organizational time management skills and attention to detail. Fun and proactive personality. Flexible and willing to learn about bridging finance. Own your pipeline to ensure opportunities progress through the sales process timeously and effectively.

Duties: Promote marketing as and when needed to increase leads. Prospecting for new leads and looking at opportunities to gain new clients. Cold calling to attorneys/agents. Following up from leads from social media. Explanation of our fees and finance solutions. Follow up on leads and quotations sent out to clients. After care service.

General administration duties: Daily and weekly feedback and communication regarding sales pipeline, opportunities and challenges. Present non-standard opportunities to the risk-committee for evaluation. Post deal activity – Collect testimonials & referrals.

Salary: Dependent on experience, basic (R5k-R10k) plus commission (double the basic), fuel card and cell phone.
