Field Operations Officer: As a Field Operations Officer for GSM sites, the primary responsibility would be to lead a team of power technicians in maintaining and ensuring the availability of power supply systems for the GSM network. The FOO shall oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of power systems such as generators, batteries, and solar panels to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the GSM network. 

Qualifications for a Field Operations Officer: 5 to 8 years of experience in the field. A degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in leading a team of power technicians in the maintenance and repair of power supply systems, including generators, batteries, and solar panels. In-depth knowledge of GSM network architecture and protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex power system issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other technicians, engineers, and stakeholders in the network. Ability to plan, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in remote or difficult environments and be available to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
