Title - Junior Graphic Designer and Photo Booth Assistant, City Centre, Cape Town. Company Name: Propel Photo Booths. Junior Graphic Designer and Photo Booth Assistant Wanted. We are looking for a fun and interested (!) Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer to work alongside our office manager. The candidate will be responsible for creating all of our photo booth templates for the print outs and working with the marketing manager to produce content for various channels such as, but not limited to, websites, SM, digital, and print. The other side of the job role will be practically running the photo booths live at events and ensuring the storage room for them is maintained and organised to a high standard.

Please note: It is therefore essential that the applicant has a vehicle and is happy to travel backwards and forwards from the storage unit in Paarden Eiland out to events (Petrol will be paid out separately at current AA rates when you are running events).

Educational Requirements: Essential: Diploma or experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent.

Applicable Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in Multimedia Graphic Design.

Nature of Experience: Essential: Good with people!

Advantageous: Experience working in an event environment and working with members of the public.

Skills and Knowledge: Essential: Experience with adobe Photoshop. Advantageous: Animation / photography / videography / video editing.

Essential Competencies: Strong creative and communication skills with an ability to conceptualise and execute ideas. Deadline driven in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational and computers skills. Ability to work with a team and independently. Good at troubleshooting and thinking through problems methodically.

Other Requirements: Portfolio of work to be submitted with application. Salary: Market-related - R8,000 to R12,000 depending upon experience.
