Requirements: Grade 12. Minimum 3 years parts interpreting sales experience. Working knowledge of a Service Center environment. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook). Code 08 Drivers license. Skilled in conflict management and dealing with customer enquiries. Must be highly self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and targets and able to work under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Have a professional telephone manner to ensure good communication with customers. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company rules. Understand and are able to operate office equipment. Salary – Market related, plus comms.
