Responsibilities: Assist the team with all aspects of product sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Recommend items that match customer needs. Welcome and greet customers. Manage point-of-sale processes. Prepare quotations and invoices. Following up on unpaid orders. Assisting with the receiving of new shipments. Keep up to date with product information. Respond to enquiries that are received through multiple channels (website, email, telephone, social media etc). Ensuring accurate stock levels. Dispatching of orders. Attending trade shows and events.

Requirements: Senior certificate. Proven working experience in retail sales. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in English. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in Microsoft Office. Customer service focus. Good administration skills. Excellent computer skills. Passion for photography and/or videography. Desire to improve systems and contribute to the overall company success.
