Travel Consultant duties and responsibilities: Reserve accommodation, transportation and flight tickets. Determining client’s needs and suggestion to suitable travel packages. Attend webinars, conferences and other educational programs. Develop a good understanding of the current market. Act as a customer liaison with contracted and preferred supplier. Travel Consultant requirements and qualifications. Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant. Maintain accurate transactions and reports into the database. Keep product knowledge up to date. Proficiency in English: knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Good sales, presentation skills and customer oriented. Good organizational and time-management skills. Great interpersonal and the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work fast and accurately for quick turnaround responses. Ability to commute to preferred suppliers.

Minimum requirements: Minimum 1 year working experience as a Travel Consultant. Certificate/Diploma in Retail Travel and Tourism (preferred).
