Matching of invoices to purchase orders +grns+ delivery notes and requesting credits for differences. Use microsoft excel. Send and follow up on credit application forms to suppliers. Capturing payments from bank statements. Loading payments for suppliers on a banking profile for relase operator. Like standard bank business online or any other banking profile.

Must have worked on computer system kerridge or pastel commercial system advantageous. Worked with property bills and utilities payments. Knowledge of a creditors age analysis. Neat filing and immediate filing mentality.
