Night Shift Merchandiser, Kenilworth, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Rosmead Superspar and TOPS. We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our nightshift team. Reporting to the Floor Manager, you’ll ensure the store is stocked with the right products. This includes stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring the store inventory. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging with our customers, team members and local community

The Purpose of The Position: The purpose of the Merchandiser is to order and merchandise products and interact and advise customers in selling merchandise.

Key Responsibilities: Replenish stock according to agreed layout. Reduce stock damaged on the sales floor and receiving. Customer service. Rotate stock with each delivery. Build and maintain displays according to supervisor’s instructions. Maintain stock in the stock room and ensure there is no loose stock or open cases. Ensure that display units are clean and dust free. Ensure that aisles are clean, dust free and paper free without obstructions. Face up shelves according to store merchandising standards. Remove soiled stock immediately to designated area. Rectify any safety hazards if possible or report to your supervisor immediately. Ensure that pricing on all products are up to date and accurate. Ensure that all mark ups / mark downs have the correct prices displayed throughout the store.

Conduct price checks weekly on all products.

Skills: Knowledge and Experience: A Matric Certificate, A clear criminal record. Minimum 2 years’ experience within retail. Strong customer service skills, A team player, Attention to detail. Helpful, courteous approach to assisting customers. Prepared to work shifts. Excited about the role and meet our requirements?
