Customer Care Representative, Other, Cape Town. Company Name: PLP. Seeking Swedish, Norwegian and Danish speakers! Customer care representatives for South African, remote position. Full time and part time positions available for Swedish, Norwegian and Danish speakers.

You can work at our office in Johannesburg or Cape Town or remote anywhere in the country (SA). Fulltime salary is R24 000 per month. We will assist with Visa application, with certain expenses covered by the company. 3 weeks training, payed. Travel to and from the training office will be covered, including your hotel stay, food and travels to and from the office. Certain parts of the 3 week training can be remote.

If you are currently residing outside of South Africa we will pay one way ticket , as well as one month rental (up to R6000) and a year travel insurance.

Responsibilities: Answer calls, emails and chats regarding queries the customer have about their accounts, orders and other related issues and needs. Use our systems to handle communication with customers.

Qualifications: Great verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. Able to handle customer queries and communicate well.
