Full-Time Personal Assistant, De Waterkant, Cape Town. Company Name: Edge Group. Looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, experienced go-getter who can meticulously manage both the personal and business aspects of the Director.

Duties include: running errands both personal and business related. Managing the calendar, appointments, and meetings. Checking and replying to emails. Creating proposals, spreadsheets, and reports. Assistance in running and overseeing various businesses while tracking all activities within them. Do team meetings. Stand in for the Director where needed at meetings. Arrange various marketing and promotional activities. Arrange parties. Calling clients and client liaison and all other related duties.

Due to the wide scope of the duties, the candidate will have exposure to various businesses and the running thereof. Should the candidate exceed expectations and grow into their role, there will be the possibility of promotion to senior management within one of the entities. Various activities that the PA conducts may have commission incentives attached which add to monthly income.

Salary: R6000 per month (With various commission incentives). 3-month probationary period.

Required to work 5 days a week and some weekends. However, due to the unpredictable nature of the businesses, the candidate is needed to be on call.

Requirements: Must have a reliable car. Must have a Cellular phone. Must have a laptop. Be proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
