The following duties are associated but not limited to the site: Opening and closing of the store. Managing +- 15x Armed Guards between both day and night shifts. Ensuring each guard's SOP and Duties are being adhered to. Issuing of firearms and permits. Assisting with client management when required. The position is involved with the client's business. The job entails a fuel budget and salary above industry norms. On call 24/7. Interviews and employment of new Guards. Checking camera footage and updating management accordingly. Site Coverage, should an employee be AWOL. Standoff with client trucks if and when a truck breaks down Client site is next to Umfolozi Casino. Applying candidates must reside nearby.

Interviews for this position will be conducted in Durban where the LPS head office is situated.
