Warehouse Assistant Manager Maitland, Cape Town. Warehouse Assistant Manager Maitland. Our client is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their team. Must be technically inclined. Must be able to get your hands dirty.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Include Medical aid and Pension).

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8 am till 5 pm. Saturday 8 am till 1 pm (One Saturday OFF per month). Sunday 8 am till 1 pm (1 Sunday a month).

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, 3+ Years Experience as Warehouse Supervisor / Junior Warehouse Manager, Must be able to manage a staff complement of +- 30 staff, Must be Technical Inclined. Computer literacy – MS Office, K8 / Syspro / Warehouse Stock managing systems. Must have a driver's License.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the warehouse daily. Overseeing receiving, Despatch, Ordering of stock, Invoicing, Order packing, Distribution operations. Operational policies and procedures. Overseeing security and Safety. Motivating and disciplining staff.

Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. Assisting with deliveries where required.
