Retail Manager For Clothing Store, Plettenberg Bay, Eden. Company Name: Lynne Harris Recruitment. We require a manager for a clothing store in Plettenberg Bay with relative retail sales and stock experience who is hands on and bilingual. Energy is the key!  An eye for detail is needed together with good administration and computer skills and a natural ability to inspire a team.

Opening and closing of shop (key holder). Daily cash ups and banking. Receiving and checking stock. Capturing of stock and turnover on computer. Cashier duties when required. Assisting customers on the sales floor as well as telephonically. Feedback on stock sales. Improving displays and merchandising. Dealing with staff and creating a motivated team and staff training.

Administrative functions as per company requirements. To ensure that monthly sales targets are met as per head office. To keep stock loss to a minimum. Any aspects of management that normally arise. To Find and service wholesale customers.

Requirements: Minimum Matric / Grade 12. Previous experience in a retail clothing shop as a manager or 2IC will be an advantage. Proven track record. Computer literate. Honest and reliable. Good Health, Ability to think outside the box. Problem solver, Sales driven, Team player, Outgoing personality, To start as soon as possible.

Salary – Market related / depending on experience. Working week: 5 ½ day. Bonus & Incentive system in place.
