Job Details: GENERAL MANAGER - PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT - DUBAI. Our client wishes to appoint a Construction Professional who would lead and direct their property development business and deliver the projects in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities will include assuming profit centre responsibility, managing the development of multi-site mixed-use projects, budgeting and planning, and ensuring the end-to-end project delivery from inception to handover. The person will manage a team of construction professionals, plan, organize and interact with clients, contractors and design professionals and monitor project milestones, review and plan construction methodology, oversee the project site and facilities and inspect projects to ensure compliance of safety codes, contract management and implementing a risk mitigation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture. PMP qualified and RICS accredited candidates with minimum fifteen years experience in major development projects of high value and minimum five years GCC region experience will be preferred.
