Responsibilities: Maintain daily operations by enforcing and ensuring that all policies and standard protocols are observed with regards to productivity, quality and guest-service standards. Assist with the restaurant financial objectives and budgets by adhering to stipulated annual budgets and daily targets. Ensure that all guests are satisfied through monitoring, evaluating and auditing food and beverage service, and also build relationships with customers.

The ability to understand stock control and ensure that the ordering, receiving and stock control procedures are carried out effectively. Ability to cash up preferable on the Pilot system.

Ability to understand and accurately count food cost (this will be tested upon).

To help maintain the reputation of excellent service by ensuring that all customers are satisfied and that all complaints are handled effectively. 

Requirements: Matric certificate (required). A minimum of +3 years Restaurant Management experience (required). Contactable references (required). Knowledge of Pilot or Similar POS system(required).
