The candidate will be responsible for selling 100% pure linen clothing from Italy, providing high class customer service & to increase the company’s growth and revenue through maximising sales.

Appointment Requirements: Grade 12, Min 1 - 2 years’ previous high-end  retail sales experience, Impeccably groomed, Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele, Basic administration skills, Excellent communication skills in English, Ability to render exceptional customer service, Attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.

KPA’S: Welcoming customers. Stock control. Receiving & storing new stock. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for Providing advice and guidance on product selection to customers. Styling clients according to their body type, etc. Processing cash and card payments. Stocking shelves with merchandise. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. Attending to customer queries & complaints. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager. Balancing cash register with receipts. Dealing with customer refunds. Keeping the store tidy and neat.
