Project Superintendent

Duties and Responsibilties:
Organize craft foreman and labor.
Identify proper crew size and craft makeup to meet project safety, quality, and production goals.
Coordinate with PM to contribute to the daily planning meeting.
Coordinate with PM and Project Engineer to properly budget and phase code the project labor and equipment.
Ensure that the most current drawings for all phases of the contract have been issued to the foreman and craft.
Conduct Jobsite Safety Analysis in conjunction with the Project Safety Manager.
Contribute to the weekly look ahead schedules.
Understand and communicate productivity expectations to crew.
Report quantities complete
Minimum Qualification:
Education High School or GED
Training OSHA 30 Hour
Experience 5 years heavy construction experience
Skills Written and verbal communication, knowledge of heavy construction equipment, rigging, procedures and tooling.
