Job Description:
 Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
 Repair cracks and holes
 Mix paint to desired colour and texture
 Measure, cut wallpaper and other wall coverings
 Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings
 Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
 Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
 Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
 Estimate labour and material costs
Requirements
 Education: Completion of high school
 Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience is required Other:
If candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience a post secondary certificate is required
Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 Hourly, 40.00 Hours per week
