Collections Manager Needed, Other, Cape Town. Company Name: Bellview Institute of Distant Learning. We are looking to hire a Collections Manager for our private distance learning college.

At least 3 years experience in managing and leading, with the highest level of organizational skills, and the ability to build a focused and driven team out of diverse people with diverse skills and levels of qualifications.

To ensure that the work of the department is completed on a daily basis, to the highest standard, and always within turnaround times. Instilling professionalism in the team, where every engagement with or regarding a student is courteous, professional and helpful. The highest standard of work is required in everything that we do!

The drive to improve the collections rate from the book, and other extra projects in order to ensure growth and development of the business. The ability to create reports that ensure that cash inventory can be tracked and measured so that the business can effectively plan.

An ease with authority, in both allocating work in the department, as well as being able to exercise discipline where needed. The ability to work independently, using good judgement to make effective decisions as a leader while at the same time keeping your manager informed so that they understand what is happening in your department.
