Due to aggressive growth in the armored vehicles market, we currently have rewarding opportunities for experienced armored vehicles sales executives.

This individual will deliver successful forecast sales, maintain proper inventory levels in terms of vehicle types and amounts, and motivate the sales team.

The Armored Vehicles Sales Executive sells, trains, and monitors team member performance, resolves customer complaints, and assists with the closing of deals when necessary.

Having your own client tell base is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities • Develop viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies;

• Plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery

• Manage and relations with key clients (PSC/ Government Department / Military/ Para-Military organization)

• Source and develop client referrals

• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in-person

• Prepare sales action plans and schedules

• Develop sales proposals & contracts

• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients

• Negotiate with clients & follow up on sales activity.

• Ensure product delivery and client satisfaction

• Maintain sales activity records and reports

• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development

• Experience working in a pro-active sales environment – successful cold calling experience is a must.

• Train sales team to become subject matter experts on all armored vehicles and vehicle specifications/features in the inventory;

• Establish sales quotas for each sales representative and provide continuous feedback in order to manage to overall sales goals;

• Continuously monitor and adjust inventory to optimize customer choice;

• Measure and report sales metrics; monitor actuals-to-plan;

• Continuously and consistently promote the dealership, its values, and its products/services;

• Have a great attitude with a high-energy personality with excellent communication skills;

• Have a drive for advancement in the Armored Cars Industry;

• Work under pressure.

Job Qualifications • High School/GED required;

• Post-secondary education or coursework required;

• At least 3-5 years of sales management experience required (preferable in armored vehicle industry);

• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals;

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills.
