Call Centre Consultants wanted in CPT, City Centre, Cape Town. Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing department in their USA campaign. As an executive, you will handle majorly inbound (small ratio). Ensure a positive customer experience. Maintains in-depth knowledge of customer needs.

Essential Functions: Handle majorly inbound calls for new and renewal of existing business. Process new business, renewals, amendments, and cancellation of policies and change details as needed. Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Maintain accuracy of customer data. Manage and resolve customer complaints and also identify escalate priority issues. Follow up on customer calls wherever necessary.

Achieves operational metrics / SLAs by adhering to the call and customer account handling policies and procedures to meet or exceed clients' expectations. Understand Operations and Corporate Compliance, Policies, and Procedures, and Best. Practices when conducting business with customers. Participate in weekly and monthly coaching Delivery of clients' expectations. Stay abreast of ongoing training associated with role and business unit objectives. Other duties as outlined by leadership.

Technical Skills: Computer navigation skills, keyboarding skills. Should be familiar with MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the insurance industry would be a bonus. Good telephonic customer service etiquette. Customer-first approach to problem-solving. Ability to understand and accept feedback on errors and use the learnings to avoid similar errors in the future. Excellent communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills. Questioning, reasoning, and convincing skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage daily work activities.

Requirements: Minimum of 12 months of work experience in an International BPO environment. Experience in working with international clients. Extremely well-spoken in English. Must be able to go for an interview ASAP. Must be based in Cape Town. Minimum of Matriculate Passed - None Neg. MUST Have Fiber connection line - None Neg. Quiet workspace - None Neg. Clear Criminal Record - None Neg. Clear Credit Record - None Neg. Clear Disciplinary Record - None Neg.

Salary: R 7000 per month  Shifts and benefits: Rotational Shifts in a 24/7 Working Environment From 2 pm to 5 am depending on your shift given (9-hour shifts). Fiber allowance of R600 per month. Medical Aid contribution of R764 towards your own private medical aid. Pension plan contribution 5%. Full in-office training provided.
