HR Manager – FMCG, Other, West Coast. An FMCG business in Killarney Gardens is looking for an HR Manager to run 3 factories and 4 retail stores. (189 staff). This is a pressurized role and you need to be strong in the line of HR and H&S audits. My client wants someone who can hit the ground running so do not apply if you do not qualify. You must be a SA, and if you do not hear back in 4 days, you have not been selected to proceed. You should be soft and caring but firm.

We want someone from the food industry who understands H&S within this type of environment. This includes hygiene within the food environment. CTC is R32k-37k pm experience and skills dependent.

Responsibility: Core focus: Plan develops and implements a strategy for HR management and development for the business.

KPA: Employee Relation, Recruitment process, Performance Management, Health and Safety, Ad hoc related tasks, Audits - H&S and HR, Salary: R37000.
