Sales and Admin Assistant Animal Health, Roodepoort, Johannesburg. Company Name: Comvet SA. Comvet SA is Hiring. We are looking for an enthusiastic, technologically savvy individual with a passion for livestock farming to be part of our team and assist with sales and admin as we grow and take our position in the animal health industry. You will be the interface between livestock farmers and our company, and your main role will be to assist farmers with general queries and sales of livestock medications. You will be working under the direct supervision of a veterinarian in dealing with queries.

This will be a 3-month contract. You will be working 4 days a week; M-Th; from 8 am - 2 pm from our office in Kya Sands Johannesburg. Salary will be R4500 per month + commission.

Duties and Responsibilities: Providing general customer care and support to new and existing clients. Responding to general and sales queries on our social media platforms and other electronic forms of communication. Quick resolution of client queries and following up Assisting walk-in customers. Recommending products and solutions to clients (Training on our products to be provided). Performing Sales Transactions Creating and sending invoices Co-ordinating and managing payments.

Packing and sorting of orders Co-ordinating delivery and shipping arrangements. Coordinating of collections of orders from our offices. Creating Quotations. Packing and dispatching of orders from the online shop. Assisting with running marketing campaigns on our social media platforms. May be required to assist with general admin for outreaches or location-specific campaigns e.g. tradeshows. Promoting company values to customers and clients.

General Office Admin. Ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly as directed. Manage and maintain office equipment and consumables. Scheduling Appointments. Monthly Reporting. Monitoring Stock. Bank Reconciliations. Record Keeping. Our Ideal Candidate. Technologically Savvy, be able to quickly.

learn how to use different systems and automation we currently use. (Training on how to use will be provided you just need to be able to find your way).

Proficient Computer Skills, be able to quickly lookup information on the internet, manage email communications, manage computer files. Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel). Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers. Attention to detail, the little things are what continue to set our company apart.

Basic Requirements: At least have matric however a Diploma or Higher. in Animal Science or Similar, Agribusiness or Marketing would be advantageous. Admin Experience advantageous. Be able to fluently speak in addition to English either IsiZulu or IsiXhosa. Have reliable transport. Provable sales track.
