We seek a young mechanical or industrial engineer with the ambition to develop their production and managerial skills and become a fully-fledged production executive.

Reporting to our General Manager you will initially take responsibility for managing sections of the production dept. in rotation to familiarize you with all aspects of our operations including planning production, supervision of staff quality control (ISO 9000), health and safety, planned maintenance, and relater production activities.

Your 2-3 years of production management experience will help you build your technical skills (AutoCAD), computer skills (MS Office), interpersonal and supervisory skills, plus apply and acquire problem-solving, communication, labor relations, and management skills.
