Minimum Requirements: Valid Driver’s Licence. Reliable means of transport to reach the Office. Company vehicle provided for daily use. Computer Literate. Accurate observation and reporting skills. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and timelines. Must be reliable, honest, and have no criminal record. Supervisory or Management experience. Reliable smartphone.

Advantageous: PSIRA Registered. Police/Military experience. Technical installation experience of Electronic security. Property management experience. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Job Specification Duties include (but not limited to): Property inspections and reporting on occupancy status & condition of the property. Serving notices to vacate. Facilitating viewings and access to properties. Assessing properties and risk to properties. Securing properties by means of alarm installation, security guards, or caretakers. Supervision and monitoring of guards/caretakers. Basic servicing and monitoring of installed alarm systems. Handing over Properties to clients. SAL R 7,500 - R 8,500 per month CTC.
