The candidate should be able to correspond to emails in comprehensive English (self-correspondence), well-presented, computer literate, and energetic. Duties include administration & maintaining meeting schedules for the MD. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment with clients/ vendors/suppliers. Prepare/draft and distribute correspondences, memos/forms/official letters, and proper filing. Answering phone calls.
