We are hiring a talented Business Development Manager with Leading Events and Exhibitions Management Company in Dubai.

Job brief: To expand and grow in the exhibition and event market. The main goal is to lead the company directly to an engaging business clientele that will give us sustainable business deals over the years in the exhibition and events industry. Our strategy to be the obvious contracting partner for local and international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

Responsibilities: Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting marketing leads in a competitive exhibition and event market. Must lead a tremendous sales in numbers quarterly. Bring in and apply effective sales and marketing strategies. Build a strong and long-term professional relationship with all our clients. Lead strong and reliable marketing and sales team. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Take brief, analyze project and prepare the commercial offer.

Requirements: 6+ years of experience in marketing and sales in the events/exhibition industry in UAE/International Markets. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong analytical & negotiation Skills, team management. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Exhibition software, and CRM. BS/BA in a related field. Certification in Business development/Marketing will be added advantage.
