Junior Branch Manager - George (Non-EE), George, Eden. An established national transport company is looking for a junior/ entry-level candidate with a suitable logistics/ management qualification, with the possibility to be developed into a Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be based at our George branch.

Job Description: Management and supervision of the transport and warehouse operations of the Western Cape branch. Management of all internal office, warehouse and field staff. Effective client liaison and pro-active problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements: A National Diploma/ Degree in: Logistics Management/ Transport management/ SCM/ Business Management/ similar. 1 to 5 years work experience. NO JOB HOPPERS! Computer literate.

A career-driven individual willing to work occasional long hours and odd weekends. Proactive problem solver and out-of-the box thinker. Team-leading ability and assertiveness skills.

Fluent professional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Driver's license and own reliable transport (Code 10/14 beneficial). Ideally reside in George, or willing to relocate.

Remuneration: R25000 - R30000 CTC p/m.
