Job Description: Assisting walk in clients. Taking phone calls and assisting clients over the phone. Replying to client emails and sending quotes. Raising Invoices for retail and whole sale customers. Sales interactions are to be performed under the strict guidelines of the in-house training manual. Responsible for the sale of all Hydrofire products.

Operations: Double checking prepared orders for clients. Assisting in Stock counts. Ensuring that showroom is in presentable condition and all fireplace and flue display models look presentable. Ensuring that all units have correct price tags and accurate pricing.
