IT Ops Coordinator - Dube Trade Zone, Other, North Suburbs.
Job Summary: Reporting into the Operations Manager, the aim of this function is to provide IT support, basic sales administration, and general office support to ensure the smooth running of the various departments within the business.
Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with all company related IT queries. Coordinate all stakeholder relationships (Suppliers, ISP). Escalate queries to outsourced IT provider. Setup and/or installation of all IT related Hardware & Software as and when required. Resolving printer errors and liaise with printing provider for services and maintenance. Performing daily back-ups of Hotkey system. Remote desktop support as and when required. First line CRM support (Skynamo).
Assistance with CRM reports and forms creation & maintenance. Regular maintenance of Skynamo for all field users. Coordinate meetings for general building queries. Coordinate and perform weekly fire sprinkler tests.
Key Competencies: Highly systematic and well organized. Strong multi-tasking capabilities, proven track record of working well under pressure. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with others at all levels. Ability to provide end-user support.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, A+ / N+ qualification, MCSA (Advantageous), 2-4 years’ experience in a similar technical role, Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle, Intermediate understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
