Custodian (COLD WORK ENVIRONMENT)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $13.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Work Setting: Commercial building, Industrial facility
Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
Equipment Operated/Used: Polishing machines
Own Tools/Equipment: Safety equipment/gear
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available
Essential Skills: Communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing
