Support engineers are able to quickly troubleshoot bandwidth constraints, block abusive users, or manage network service availability to ensure a smooth user experience, disaster recovery solution, Office Automation solutions In order to be considered for this role you would need the following: Min 2 year experience as a ITC Cloud Services Engineer. Experience working within the service desk and on company infrastructure and managed services.
Relevant tertiary qualification: Matric, Own car, Neat and presentable, Well spoken, Fully computer literate, Able to work independently, Reside in Cape Town, Client Centric approach.
