Daily Management of Call/Contact Centre. Full recruitment and Training of Sales agents. Development of scripts , Marketing and leads. Coaching and counselling of sales agents. Management of call centre software and Dialler. Recommending infrastructure, systems and product improvement. Responsible for the achievement of all monthly Target’s. Must have Simplicity debt review program experience. Most know how to determine over - indebtness and calculate DI. Compiling of daily reports to management. Objection Handling. Salary ; R10k pm + Benefits + Incentive Comm.
