We are a medium sized, award-winning debt counseling firm, looking for a self-starter who wants to grow the marketing division from its infancy stage. The opportunity exists to become Marketing Director in the future and therefore results-based performance will be paramount.

The applicant will manage a small team of independent contractors for various projects ranging from Google Ad Words to face book paid advertising and therefore they will need a working understanding of these two platforms.

Our company also markets on LinkedIn and runs email marketing campaigns which initially will be the sole responsibility of the applicant. They will report directly to the Managing Director.

This position will without a doubt require dedication and extra hours. No chancers need apply.

In order of importance, the skills required are as follows: Writing and design - writing adverts, creating attention-grabbing ad copy, and combining it with artwork that will ensure results. Creating campaign reports that accurately measure results. Manage LinkedIn marketing / Sales Navigator. Manage email campaigns. Strong computer skills with knowledge of apps and online tools. Manage independent contractors. Our offices are based just off Bosmansdam Road behind Century City.

Demonstrate to us that you know what you are talking about by examples of your previous marketing experience and show us that you have in the past acquired the skills you needed to better your marketing skills.
