Senior Client Accountant - Property Management

Our client, the Irish division of a global Real Estate professional services firm, are currently recruiting for an accountant to join their expanding Finance function in Dublin 2. This is a key role reporting to Director level and the successful candidate will be responsible for accounting duties for a number of property portfolios.

Responsibilities

    * Work closely with Portfolio managers to ensure accounts are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
    * Weekly bank reconciliations
    * Set up of payment orders (DDs and standing orders)
    * Tax returns
    * Ongoing maintenance of of property database
    * Completion of monthly management accounts
    * Assist in the completion of account audits

Requirements

    * Fully qualified accountant
    * Relevant 3rd level degree qualification
    * Hands on accounts preparation experience
    * Knowledge of commercial property management industries and processes beneficial
