Receptionist


La Crème are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for a 6 month contract with one of our key clients based in Cork.

The role will be Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30

Duties:

    * Based on the front desk
    * Welcoming clients
    * Answering calls on the switchboard
    * General administration duties
    * Inputting purchase orders
    * Use of Excel
    * Other ad hoc duties e.g. making tea and coffee

The candidate should be:

    * Confident on phones
    * Friendly
    * Personable
    * Well presented
    * Professional
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
