Production Manager: Blueberries / Stone Fruit, Other, Cape Winelands. Our client, located in the scenic Breede River Valley (Wolseley) near Worcester, is involved in the cultivation, packaging and export of various fruit cultivars.

They currently have two vacancies: Production Manager – Blueberries and Production Manager – Stone Fruit.

The key performance areas of both Production managers are: Production planning and execution. All relevant recordkeeping and administration pertaining to production. Training and development. Managing the workforce. Health & Safety.

Requirements: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and computer skills. Must be able to work proactively and autonomous. Must be fully bilingual. Must be well organized and have excellent administrative skills. A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
