You need A relevant valid driver's license. Some kind of clearance to show that the vehicle is not stolen. PDP License or the ability to obtain one Good, reliable and roadworthy vehicle with paid-up license. A Valid ID Document. Vehicle must be insured. No Criminal Record. Must be able to speak and read good English.
