Retail Store Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $16.85 to $22.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Disability Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Retail establishment
Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers, Grocery clerks and shelf stockers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Walking
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Work Location Information: Rural community
Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less
